The first screening of “The Cord” film at Homs

Among “Peace Makers” campaign organized by JCI in the Cultural Center Theater in Homs city in August 18, The Cord film was screened with the presence of director Allaith Hajjo, writer Rami Kousa and the leading actress Nancy Khoury.

Followed the screening a discussion between the cast and the audience who ensured the effective role of Syrian women during war and the struggles she suffered from in addition to the importance of documenting that in cinema.

It is indicated that The Cord is Allaith Hajjo’s first cinematic experience, started its screening is Syria in July 18 among Dalbet Mashta Al-Helow Festival.
